How to delete your account

You can request account removal and data deletion directly from within the Darts Master app or by submitting a request through this form. Both options are compliant with GDPR rights and CCPA compliance requirements.

Option 1 — Delete from the app

Open the Darts Master app
Go to Settings → Account
Tap Delete Account
Confirm by entering your password
Your account will be scheduled for deletion

Option 2 — Request deletion via form

If you can't access the app, request data deletion below. We process account removal requests within 7 business days in line with GDPR and CCPA compliance obligations.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following information is permanently removed as part of our data deletion process:

Account information — email address, username, profile information
Game statistics — all match history, averages, checkout percentages and performance data
Tournament data — all tournaments you've created or participated in
Social connections — friends list, friend requests and social connections
App preferences — settings, preferences and customisations
User-generated content — anything you've created within the app

Data retention

In accordance with legal requirements, GDPR rights and Google Play Store guidelines, we may retain certain information for a limited period:

Legal obligations — we may retain data required by law (e.g. transaction records) for up to 7 years
Dispute resolution — information related to ongoing disputes or legal proceedings
Anonymised data — aggregated, anonymised data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics

Deletion timeline

Account deletion requests are processed as follows:

Immediate — your account is deactivated upon confirmation
Within 7 days — most personal data is permanently deleted
Within 30 days — all remaining user data is removed from active systems
Backup systems — data may remain in backup systems for up to 90 days before permanent deletion

Alternative options

Before requesting account removal, consider these alternatives:

Take a break — you can simply stop using the app without deleting your account
Export your data — contact us to export your statistics and tournament data before deletion
Privacy settings — adjust your settings to limit data sharing
